You may request a return within **14 days of receiving your order**. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within **5–10 business days**.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us if you need an exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
